GMG Design, Inc. has developed some very exciting residential projects that definitely stand out in their neighborhood.  We also do some traditional additions and renovations to existing homes.

GMG Design, Inc. is involved with Millennium Restoration and Development Co. with numerous properties in the Tower Grove East neighborhood in Southern St. Louis city.  We consider historic preservation just as important as new construction.  The property located at 2922 Compton Ave. was the recipient of the Landmarks' Association of Saint Louis, Inc., Eleven Most Enhanced Sites Awards for 2000.  We have already submitted for the 2001 Awards with other exciting buildings in the city of St. Louis.
